Wondering what “magic” we are talking about? Here is the big reveal: Mint Dental in Meridian, Idaho, uses cosmetic dental bonding to eliminate dental flaws in just a single visit! If bothered by chips, stains, and unsightly gaps on your teeth, schedule an appointment with Dr. Kevin Pulsipher for a same-day smile transformation. Our patients are consistently amazed and delighted by the remarkable change delivered by cosmetic bonding, especially when paired with professional teeth whitening.

The composite bonding procedure

Teeth bonding uses composite resin — the same material used in cavity treatment — to “mask” chipped, stained, uneven, and gapped teeth for a one-of-a-kind smile. The procedure is pretty fast and painless because no enamel shaving is required, unlike dental veneers or crowns.

After choosing a shade of composite resin that matches your teeth, Dr. Pulsipher roughens your teeth and applies a conditioning liquid to create a strong bonding surface. Next, we apply the composite resin to your prepped teeth, mold them, and smooth it to the desired shape.

Then, we use a curing light to harden the composite resin. Finally, we polish your bonded teeth for a natural-looking outcome. Just like that, your flawed teeth become a thing of the past, and now you can smile ear to ear to show off those beautiful pearly whites.

Affordable confidence: The benefits of cosmetic dental bonding

Veneers and crowns are some popular ways to transform your smile. But if you find the cost and time commitment for these procedures too much to handle, consider teeth bonding. Although cosmetic dental bonding results aren’t as long-lasting as those for veneers, the outcomes are stunning and enviable.

These are the benefits of dental bonding.

  • Cost-effective: Composite bonding is an excellent way to improve your smile aesthetics without breaking the bank. Dental bonding costs an average of $200-$600 per tooth, depending on the complexity of the procedure. Isn’t this fantastic value for results that will stay put for 4-7 years?
  • Fast: The procedure takes about 30-60 minutes per tooth, meaning we can transform your entire smile in a matter of hours. Dental bonding could be the perfect solution for your dream smile when you are hard-pressed for time.
  • Non-invasive: Teeth bonding doesn’t involve drills or injections because no enamel shaving is required. Additionally, most dental bonding cases don’t require anesthesia unless the dentist works too close to a tooth nerve.
  • Reversible: Since dental bonding doesn’t alter your enamel, this gives you the freedom to reverse the procedure or upgrade to veneers or crowns.

Dental bonding is perfect if you need an affordable, quick smile transformation. This aesthetic treatment can brighten, lengthen, and reshape your teeth to achieve your desired smile in one appointment. Interested in dental bonding?
